I thought it may be fun to feature some of my recent custom orders. This one was made on a blue-green colored stackable large pumpkin. The customer requested whites and cream colored accents for their decorations around the live succulent plants. She said this would work well with the colors in her home where she planned to place it.
After showing her photos of the finished blue-green succulent pumpkin, she requested a small white pumpkin (shown on the left) to put in the same room on a small table as an accent to the centerpiece.
I don’t always add a bow, but having this cream ribbon color in my stock, it worked perfectly with her themed colors. It fit perfectly on the top of the pumpkin as well. To me, it is a balancing act to visually see how things pull together as I’m designing. In other words, I always create while working and don’t really pre-plan the layout. It is why each pumpkin is truly unique.
I used a small magnifying glass in my greenhouse to take this fun photo. I know, I get photo silly sometimes. I think in my next life, I will be a photographer!
And here I am holding the succulent topped pumpkin, however, it had a raffia bow on it prior and I realized that wasn’t the right choice for the customer and changed it to the cream burlap bow. In the end, it all came together nicely. (Note: I am having trouble finding that particular color pumpkin now as the farmers run out of stock. If you happen to see a good one available, shoot me a direct message.)

You may pay by check or cash, or a special PayPal link can be requested if you prefer to use your credit card. And please note, usually a 1-2 day notice is helpful so I may block off the time to make your succulent topped pumpkin for your home.
These pumpkins make wonderful table-scape centerpieces and they last a long time. Low maintenance and easy care. Each pumpkin order is furnished with a detailed care instruction sheet for your reference. They may be made on small to large pumpkins. I use local farmers to source the pumpkins which I hand-pick for every order.
