Good Morning (or Afternoon) to my Fellow Friends!
Well, it is December 20th – which means we have 5 shopping days left until Christmas Day.
I never was a last minute shopper until after I started offering holiday workshops and custom orders with fresh greenery for the month of December, but now, I stay busy all the way up to this week – so my shopping has been last minute.
I was surprised, however, how quiet it was in a store I went to yesterday. Guess I hit the right hour which was about 11:00 am. I managed to pick up quite a few gifts and get out of there before the crowds hit.
If you want to miss some crowds and get a gift for the plant and home decor (inside and out) lover, swing on by to get a Gift Certificate from me for my annual workshops.
I have new ideas brewing for the May workshop. It is themed for an outdoor live plant arrangement to be enjoyed from summer to fall. I will reveal the topic in 2019. But rest assured, I will be holding a May workshop to kick off the season.
Following May, there is an annual Autumn and Winter workshop always on the schedule and in between new topics are added. Each year is a bit different. We have new ideas to present. Those of you who already take my workshops know. Just see the testimonials or comments by prior attendees. We have a good time at our workshops.
The workshops are held in Broad Brook, CT or at a host location. We usually hold one workshop a year at Strong Family Farm in Vernon, CT as well. Additionally, I offer “at your home” private workshops.
