Cathy Testa of Container Crazy CT has demonstrated her process on how to grow your own micro-greens and sprouts at many venues in 2017 – and this year, she will show her process during a “free” Facebook Live demonstration on:
April 11, 2018 (Wednesday) at 10:30 am EST
Micro-greens and sprouts are tiny greens grown inside the home easily, which you harvest to enjoy on salads, in soups, as appetizers, in sandwiches, and with fresh vegetables, like tomatoes in the summer.
The way you may eat them are endless and you get your own “endless” supply by growing them in your home all year round, even during the winter.
In addition, it is well know that micro-greens and sprouts are “nutrient-dense” and filled with fresh flavors. Imagine having fresh mini salad greens every day.
NOT A LOT OF FANCY EQUIPMENT NEEDED
You don’t need expensive equipment, growing jars, and it can be done in minutes.
Also, you don’t need “lots of space” to accomplish growing these on your own. Cathy T has tested her process for well over a year, and it doesn’t take a lot of room plus it’s fun.
To see how it is done – step by step – this Facebook Live will show you.
