Registration Fees:

Information:

Learn how to master the art of container gardening and plant up your mixed container gardens/pots. Each year, we highlight special educational information about the “themed” plants and we will go over the hot trends benefiting our society in the plant word for 2017. Select the plants you wish to use from a stock available for purchase at the workshop. Bring your own pot(s) or purchase them at workshop.

2017 Featured Plants:

Our featured planned plants are indoor gardening style – which are beautiful outdoors in season and taken indoors for the fall and winter – double bonus as this means your containers will be showy 365 days of the year. This year’s workshop will entail small to medium sized pots due to the type of plants to be showcased this season.

In our past workshops, we focused on very large pots (22″ or larger in diameter). This year, the new themed plants require smaller to medium sized pots (12-15″ diameter) pot size. We will teach you why in our workshops – so this year, bring more than one pot to create a trio or scene of mixed container gardens. We hope to offer a mix of succulents at this workshop too. Stay tuned.

Other:

Our workshops are designed for convenience, learning and fun. At this workshop, we have organic compost, soil media, fertilizer, and top dressing materials for additional purchase. Provided are many extra’s as you will see when you attend if a new attendee. This provides you with all the components needed, and no mess for you to clean up! Also, you get the bonus of learning about the plants’ appropriate care and maintenance, handouts, and tips.
