Information:

Learn how to grow nutrient-dense Soil Sprouts in less than 5 to 7 days for your salads, soups, sandwiches, and as a fresh daily snack. You will have “fresh salad greens every day at your finger tips” and it does not require special grow lights or fancy equipment. It is easy to do “inside the home and year-round!” This is a great way to practice the art of container gardening with no need for a large space. You practically have everything you need in your own home to accomplish this – but you do need to learn the “specific steps and tools” to succeed. This workshop will provide trays, appropriate soil mix and other needed components to get you started, a get started booklet with detailed information, and more – and then you will be on your way to enjoying these fresh tasty green sprouts every day. And, yes, you will bring home a set of sprout gardens to see the results immediately within days. All of our workshops are make and take, DIY, and educational as well as fun.

Why November or January?

Container Crazy CT selected November, and just added January, as the timing for this workshop because nothing beats the blues away faster than having fresh growth in your home as the cool airs of fall season arrives and we transition into winter. Offering this workshop in early November will have you showcasing your fresh sprout greens in time for Thanksgiving too. This is a great indoor productive gardening technique. I’m so excited to share it with you. I’ve been testing and perfecting the steps – so you will have all you need to be successful. Can’t wait to show and tell you all on how to do this – and it will save you money too because fresh sprouts are costly in markets.
